We conducted a technical check with our IP-telephony provider. According to the official response, third parties may have used a technology known as spoofing—where fraudsters impersonate a caller's number to make calls, pretending to be a different company or individual.
Important Information from the Provider
The provider confirmed that from their side, no outgoing calls were made aside from those conducted by our managers. Number spoofing is executed via external channels and is a common fraudulent practice worldwide. Typically, such attacks last for a limited time—from 1 to 2 weeks.
