She graduated from Uzhgorod State Medical University in 1999. After completing her internship in pediatric ophthalmology at the Central City Hospital and Eye Microsurgery Center in Kiev, Dr Nalivaiko worked as a children's ophthalmologist at Vasylkovskaya Central Regional Hospital.

In 2001 - attended special advanced courses on optometry and contact correction, in 2003 -completed her advanced training on eye microsurgery; in 2004 - did pre-attestation courses at the Department of Ophthalmology at the KMAPO named after P.L. Shupyk.

Since 2006 - an ophthalmologist at the children's department of Excimer Eye Clinic. Specializes in computer diagnostics of vision, modern methods of hardware treatment of refraction anomalies and strabismus in children and adults. She is a specialist in contact eyesight correction.

In 2008, Dr Varga was awarded the first qualification category in pediatric ophthalmology. In 2011 she completed her specialization in orthokeratology treatment (application of Paragon CRT 100 night wear lenses).
